High throughput micro injection chip mold for C. elegans transgenic research.
This prototype allowed the functional testing of an inline microfluidic platform to perform in-situ microinjections on C. elegans on a scalable production line scenario. The mold allowed fine tuning of 50μm to 70μm channel widths with side wall < 5μm to pierce and perform microinjections.
